Step 1a：New Families

• Complete the Enrollment Request Form.

• After form submission, you will receive a Family ID and Student ID in 3 business days. 

Step 1b:：Current Families

• Check registration email (from registration@npms.org) for your Family ID and Student ID. 

• To add a new student (sibling), reply to the registration email with the sibling's name (both in Chinese and English), birthday and preferred track (traditional or CFL) to obtain another Student ID. 

Step 2：All Families

• Complete Registration and Emergency Contact Form. 

Step 3：Complete Your Registration By Submitting Payment on NPMS Zeffy Site.   Go Pay Now.

• Registration is not complete, and enrollment space is not guaranteed until tuition is received by NPMS.

• We will continue the procedure introduced in 2024-2025 school year, which includes a $50 per student contribution for class funds (to be distributed to room parents after the refund period ends) and a $20 contribution for school-wide activities. These funds play a key role in supporting various initiatives, such as student prizes, teacher and teaching assistant gifts, and enrichment activities.

• This year, we are using a new payment platform, Zeffy.  Zeffy does not charge processing fees to nonprofit organizations and relies on optional user contributions to operate. To help us continue using this platform, we kindly ask that you consider making a contribution to Zeffy based on your ability.  Zeffy defaults the contribution to 9% (as shown in the screenshot), but this amount is completely optional and may be adjusted to any amount, including zero.
